It was moved and seconded as an amendment of the Deliverance that the General Assembly:

“Commend the new Insurance Scheme offered by the Church of Scotland Insurance Company Ltd, instruct all Financial Boards and Courts to insure all ecclesiastical buildings for which they are responsible through the new Scheme and instruct all Financial Boards and Courts to take up the covers for public liability, employers’ liability, breach of duty and trustee indemnity and the contents cover provided by the new Scheme.”
