For Church Scheme customers suffering a major loss requiring emergency assistance outside of office hours please call Aviva’s emergency line on 0800 015 1498. You may be asked to quote the scheme policy number, which is 100719844BDN. This service operates 24 hours, 365 days a year. Please have your church scheme reference available (it is in the style of “M0001”). You will find it in the top right hand corner of your policy schedule. For other customers please use the claims contact details in your policy booklet.
